Scholarship Donations

Your Invitation to Donate to the
Payne County’s Junior Miss Scholarship Program

Since October of 2000, Stillwater has been the home of the Payne County’s Junior Miss (PCJM) Scholarship Program. We are one of 600 local junior miss programs in the US, with 50 State programs, and the national America’s Junior Miss (AJM) Scholarship Program in Mobile, AL. Since 1958 local, state, and AJM have awarded $90 million in cash college scholarships, supported ENTIRELY by donations like yours. More than 5000 high school young women participate each year at the local, state, and national levels.

This premier scholarship program has dedicated itself to developing one of our country’s most vital resources—its outstanding young women. These young women using their Junior Miss experience and the scholarships awarded go on to become leaders in their colleges and communities, doctors, attorneys, teachers, managers, CEO’s, and scientists, to name a few. America's Junior Miss strives to give every young woman the opportunity to further her education and prepare for a successful future.

Payne County’s Junior Miss program has partnered the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma to make your donation easy and the money stays in the community.

Communities Foundation of Oklahoma serves as a vehicle for donors across the state of Oklahoma to contribute assets to charitable concerns of their choice and is dedicated to providing donors with a way to contribute that reflects their own personal interests and philanthropic concerns. Thus, we serve donors and charitable organizations in order to advance the means for promoting unity in individual communities across the state, and ultimately, working for the present and future benefit of all Oklahoma.

Endowment Fund

Individuals, families, or companies can make donations to our Payne County’s Junior Miss endowment fund at any time. The endowment fund is a way non-profit organizations can benefit from an endowment fund through the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma. Endowments provide a base of financial stability that can carry an organization through tough times.

Fiscal Sponsorship Fund

Communities Foundation of Oklahoma will accept and hold funds raised for Payne County’s Junior Miss annual scholarship awards until they are distributed as necessary -- saving the community time and trouble and providing donors with a charitable deduction. The Community Foundation of Oklahoma will provide your tax deductible donation receipt.

Check or Cash

You may also donate to either Fund by sending a Check or Cash to Community Foundation of Oklahoma, 2932 N.W. 122nd, Suite D, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. Make Check payable to Communities Foundation of Oklahoma or CFO, with Payne County’s Junior Miss in the memo line.

Please call Payne County’s Junior Miss Chair Richard W. Hawkins at 405-612-2831 or E-Mail Director@PCJM.org, if you want more information to help you determine your donation. Thank you for your support.
