 | Ali Aufleger, 2010 Payne County's Junior Miss, invites you to attend the 2011 Payne County's Junior Miss Scholarship program at 7:00pm, March 13, 2010, at the Stillwater Community Center, 315 W. 8th. These contestants will be competing in Interview, Self-Expression, Fitness, Scholastics, and Talent, for a share of donated cash college scholarships. One of these contestants will be selected as 2011 Payne County's Junior Miss, who willl then be an automatic entry in the 2011 Oklahoma's Junior Miss program. |

- An average of twelve contestants participate in the Local program each year.
- The Payne County program recognizes the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th runners-up, category winners, and overall winner.
- One day program.
- Six rehearsals, stage rehearsal, dress rehearsal, and final program.
- Contestants are invited from the Payne County communities of Cushing, Glencoe, Yale, Ripley, Perkins, and Stillwater.
- Junior Miss programs are for high school junior girls only.
