America’s Junior Miss Mission

To emphasize education by providing scholarship opportunities to outstanding, college-bound high school girls, and to encourage personal development in all young people through the Be Your Best Self outreach program. Since its development in 1958, America’s Junior Miss has awarded $87.7 million in cash college scholarships.

Payne County's Junior Miss Scholarship Program is not a beauty pageant, but a way for outstanding young women to earn scholarship money for college.
